What shipping options do you offer?

Mostly, the items will be shipped by DHL, USPS or EMS. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 full business days. We gladly offer free shipping to most countries and regions, however, the followings are not provided with free shipping offer: Saudi Arabia, Angola, Netherlands, Nigeria, Czech, Kenya, Ukraine, Russia, Croatia, Hungary, Bhutan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Maldives, Mexico, Brazil, Poland, Latvia, Romania, Estonia, South Africa, Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and others.
If you really want to receive your order sooner, please contact us. We will gladly set up the customized shipping option for you.

When will my order be shipped?

We pride ourselves on shipping your order quickly. 99% of in-stock orders leave our warehouse within one business day. When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail notification that contains the tracking number for your package(s).

Do you ship orders internationally?

Yes, we are happy to offer worldwide shipping.

What's the shipping cost for my order?

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order on our website. You can also see shipping costs on the Order Acknowledgment email and on online Order Status.

Returns & Exchange

What's your return & exchange policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us you can return your item(s) within 30 days, and we gladly accept returns and exchanges of purchase which was made from our website.

How long does it take for refunds to come through?

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

How can I make exchange for my purchase?

Please contact us to request a replacement if you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item. But you should pack you return in the original package if possible. Items must be in new and unused condition. A product with dirt or wear and tear will be returned to the customer with no action taken. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. And we will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.
